You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MotorFist.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items MUST be returned in their original product packaging. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You may also exchange new, unworn items sold and fulfilled by MotorFist.com within 14 days of delivery for a different size. Items MUST be returned with the tags still attached and preferably in the original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the exchange is a result of our error.
If you have a return or exchange you must call MotorFist to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you send the product back. You will then be given instructions for sending the item in.
You should expect to receive your refund/exchange within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund/exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return/exchange from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return/exchange once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your refund/exchange to be shipped back to you (5 to 10 business days).
