The lifetime warranty applies to the lifetime of the product and NOT the lifetime of the customer. The intensity that the product is used will determine the lifetime of the product. If the product looks and feels worn out or starts fading and thinning, then it is. There comes a time when a product simply needs to be replaced, as it has been worn out to its full potential.
